What to eat: 
Tzatziki (a spread made with yoghurt, garlic, and cucumber), eggplant, walnuts, Greek cheeses, olive oil, traditional cheese pie, oven baked stuffed tomatoes with rice, imam baldi with eggplant, and various fish including swordfish.
Desserts include: baklava, cataifi, and bougatsa.
